REFUNDS
You have 30 days from the day you received the order to request a refund. The items must have its original tags and must be in the same conditions you received them: unworn, not washed and no modifications shall be made and with every tag and accessories.
Terms of returns:
- The cost of returning orders in Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands) is 9€.
- For the Canary islands, Ceuta & Melilla and international orders the cost of returning orders will be:
- Canary, Ceuta and Melilla: 20€
- International Orders: Europe y others: 30€
How to proceed:
So that we can manage the return, you have to access your order from our website:
www.bleismadrid.com and once inside the order, select the garments you want to return, indicating the reason and click on the option return order.
We will proceed to refund your order within 24-72 hours since your request. We will send you a tag via email that you shall stick to your original packaging so the carrier can pick it up. It is REALLY IMPORTANT that the package has the tag so we can track it to avoid any losses.
Once we receive your items in our warehouse and check it is in perfect state, we will proceed to refund the amount you paid minus the return cost.

Refund for return:
You shall recieve the amount in the same form of payment that you used for your order in max 15 days since the confirmation of acceptance, depending on your bank.
The shipping cost will not be refunded.
SIZE EXCHANGE
You have 15 natural days from the day you received the order to request a refund. The items must have its original tags and must be in the same conditions you received them: unworn, not washed and no modifications shall be made and with every tag and accessories.
Terms of size exchange:
- The cost for the first size exchange in Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands) is FREE.
- You can request a change of size for the item you purchased. If you wish to exchange the model or product, you shall request a refund and proceed to make a new order.
- The size exchange will only be effective when the requested size is on stock in our warehouse or showroom. When it isn't, we will proceed to refund your order.
- This service is not available for orders in Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international orders. These orders will be treated as a refund and a new order.

Once we receive your items in our warehouse and check it is in perfect state, we will proceed to send the new ordered size.
You can also change your size for free by coming to our showroom for free in Madrid: C/ Claudio Coello 56 Bajo Derecha. Please, do not forget to ask us before about the availability of the size you need.
