Yes. You can access your Bleis Madrid account and check the status and Order History. If you don't have an account, you will receive an email after your order with the shipping number and a link to check all the updates and shipping information.

In Bleis Madrid shipping times are important. For that matter, once your order is confirmed our warehouse starts preparing and sending it. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via email at info@bleismadrid.com or via phone on +34 638717427. Our customer support times are Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 11 am to 2 pm and Wednesdays from 11 am to 7 pm.

In Bleis Madrid you can pay via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and you can finance your orders with Klarna.

We do not make made-to-order suits currently nor modify our patterns or colors.

We do not fit or custom our clothes.
